Tounament Information

 

Registration:

  • Time: 11:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. on Monday, August 2nd
  • Location: In front of the CCJ Professional Shop

 

Yardage:

  • Boys: 6,960-7,408 yards
  • Girls: 6,014-6,261 yards
  • Yardage books will be provided at registration

 

Practice Rounds:

  • 12:00 P.M.- 2:00 P.M. on Monday, August 2nd

 

Practice Facilities:

  • Monday, August 2nd: Driving Range and Short Game - 11:30 A.M.-6:30 P.M. Putting Green - 10:30 A.M.-6:30 P.M
  • Tuesday, August 3rd - Thursday, August 5th: All practice facilities open 45-60 minutes prior to the first tee time and will close at the last tee time

 

Tee Times:

  • Tee times will be released Saturday, July 31st.
  • Tuesday, August 3rd - 7:30 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. (Girls division first)
  • Wednesday, August 4th - 7:30 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. (Boys division first)
  • Thursday, August 5th - 7:30 A.M - 1:00 P.M. (Girls division first)

 

Players' Banquet & Parents' Social:

  • Tuesday, August 3rd - 6:30 P.M.-8:30 P.M.
  • Attire: Dressy Casual (men wear pants)

 

Spectator Carts:

  • Only those that have reserved a spectator cart in advance will receive one.

 

Locker Room Access:

  • Players have full access to the locker room areas for storage as well as showers.
  • Lockers will have player names 
  • Shoe cleaning services are readily available by Frank Ward

 

Food & Beverage:

  • Monday: Clubhouse will be closed. Gatorade and snacks will be put out on the golf course for players.
  • Tuesday-Thursday: Breakfast and Lunch will be provided in a buffet style. Breakfast - 6:30 A.M.-10:30 A.M., Lunch - 10:30 A.M.-3:00 P.M.
  • Buffets are available to parents with an additional fee. Payment through reciprocation is preferred, credit card is available if need be.
  • The Magnolia Grill and Turn House will be available for menu orders. PAyment through reciprocation is preferred, credit card is available if needed.

 

COVID-19:

  • There are no restrictions in place at the Country Club of Jackson at this time.
